Transformers Runabout - Decepticon 2005 Galaxy Force Japanese Series GS-02 Transformable Action Figure by Takara Tomy

ENGLISH

Before we start, I must clarify to my frequent visitors that due to my busy schedule (!?) I have decided to reduce the number of weekly publications in this almost-famous blog (now all of you can mourn, for this infamous news... LOL! I mean buahhhhhh! TT.TT).

Until further notice (from the dark forces that dominate me) I’ll have only two post per week (maybe just one)...

When? Monday or Tuesday and Thursday or Friday or Saturday (buahhhhhhhh!)... Any problem?...

Well, that said, straight to the point... Fanfare! Ta,tata, ta... ta, taaaaaaa!...

This is the first time you will see a Decepticon prowling my domains and one that is not seen very often. Runabout has a reputation of serial killer among the Autobots, and no wonder, because he’s smarter than the average Decepticon and specialized in infiltration.

He caused numerous disasters and casualties during his appearances in the animated series. He belongs to Generation 1 and his battle/spree companion was Runamuck, who liked the company in his madness, just to not be too bored. At that time, his vehicle mode was neither more nor less than a beautiful Lotus Esprit.

In Japan, it was decided to do a homage and now I have the privilege of introducing the figure that was made for this purpose. This piece was made in plastic resin, about 5" high in robot mode.

For the vehicle mode, its creators decided to take as basis something more in the tune with Japanese taste and opted for a not less spectacular Nissan Skyline GT-R. Needless to say, the finishes, materials, paint job are excellent (although delicate) it’s intended for exclusive circulation in Japan as the Longrack I already published.

It also has its respective trading card, a Cyber Key and his weapon can be used in vehicle mode too (put it on the back)... Finally, the worst slags and their villainy are welcome as well to the chaotic territory of My First Bloggy Experience...

Don't worry about reducing the number of posts per week. My support is always here!

A uncommon Decepticon in car mode. Maybe he is trying to compete with Hot Rod with those flaming decal.

Dear Ga-Primus, why does he look like Big daddy and lockdown(TFA)

good points Gun... renegade Autobots (like Big Daddy or Lockdown) or declared Decepticons (like Barricade) r black & nasty cars... that must b a sort of black fixation in the wicked mind of the creators of TF toys... anyway, Runabout is the rarest & scarcest of all those mentioned in toys issues, as far as i know, there r only two versions of Runabout & this is one of them for japanese market only...
