Bien, creo que más de uno estará imaginándose, ¿qué tienen de especial estos artículos para tener una publicación en mi blog? Hay varias maneras de responder esa pregunta...

Una puede ser: que es asunto mío y de nadie más (esta me encanta por su carga de intransigencia, desfachatez y total desprecio por las normas de buena conducta...). 

Otra puede ser: que en este lado del mundo y específicamente en mi país, son una rareza absoluta, imposible de conseguir en la práctica y desconocidos para el 99.9% de la población normal (esta resulta más acorde con dos conceptos básicos en mi blog: tener cosas inusuales y difíciles de conseguir... Y además, es verdad...). 

Pero aún hay otra respuesta posible: que este kit es descaradamente costoso y su valor iguala o supera al de una figura de colección bastante decente (y esta, señoras y señores, fue la que me acabó de convencer de la imperiosa necesidad de publicarlo).

De mí pueden decir cuanto quieran (a eso se exponen las personalidades públicas), pero NO podrán decir que NO voy un poco más allá por mi afición... 

¡Es más, llámenme demente, pues tuve que pagar por lo que ven aquí, la no despreciable suma de US$175! (fue comprado en la más grande tienda online, y no fue e-Bay... No daré más pistas...). 

Mis colegas de oriente deben estarse riéndo en mi cara, pues allá conseguir esto es tan sencillo y económico como comprar, qué se yo... Un par de entradas a cine con el respectivo combo de pasabocas... Pero aquí, no es así... Ejem, me temo que mis días de personalizar model kits serán pocos, pues a esos precios no hay billetera que aguante...

I do think that a lot of people must be imagining, what kind of special feature have these items for a publication in my blog? There are several ways to answer this question...

One could be: that’s my business and nobody else’s (I love this one for its load of intransigence, audacity and total disregard for the rules of good manners...). 

Another one could be: in this side of the world and specifically in my country, they are an absolute weirdness, impossible to get in practice and totally unknown for 99.9% of the normal population (this is more consistent with two basic concepts in my blog: to own something uncommon and hard-to-get... And it’s true...). 

But there is other possible answer: this is a shamelessly expensive kit and its value equals or exceeds that of a fairly decent collection figure (and this, ladies and gentleman, was the one that ended up convincing me of the urgent need of publishing).

You can say whatever you want about me (public figures are exposed to that kind of issues), but you can NOT say that I’m NOT going a bit beyond for my hobby... 

Moreover, call me insane, because I had to pay for what you see here, the not inconsiderable sum of US$175! (it was bought in the biggest online store, and it wasn’t e-Bay... No more clues...). 

My colleagues from the east should be laughing in my face, because where they live, it’s so simple and inexpensive to get this, it’s like, you know... To buy a pair of tickets for a good movie with the respective snack-combo... But here, it’s not that way... Ahem, I’m afraid that my days of customizing model kits will be few, since at those prices, no wallet can stand it...

Gundam Strike Rouge Orb Mobile Suit MBF-02 Model Kit MG (Master Grade) Scale 1/100 by Bandai

La serie Gundam Seed que fue realizada entre 2002 y 2004, dirigida por Mitsuo Fukuda y que incorporó los últimos avances en animación digital 3D, presenta entre otros a este formidable meca. 

No cabe duda, se trata de una pieza excepcional (es de las pocas que está disponible en Perfect Grade) y no es para menos, pues su diseño es muy atractivo, así como su esquema de color (rosa pálido, combinado con rosa fuerte, rojo, gris y negro) que posiblemente fue concebido teniendo en cuenta a su piloto femenina: Cagalli Yula Athha; así como su estructura y nivel de articulación, que permiten exhibirlo en posiciones muy dinámicas.

Este model kit MG, también se distingue por el tamaño de su caja (que casi duplica el de otros MG...) y esto se debe a la cantidad de accesorios que posee, que incluyen: un par de beam sabers, un beam rifle, un par de armor schneiders (cuchillos retráctiles) un llamativo escudo, el Aile Striker Pack (que incrementa su maniobrabilidad y que es compatible con el Gundam Striker normal) y una base de exhibición / action base propia "gigante" (que además de ser un complemento excelente, resulta relamente necesaria, ya que el Aile Striker Pack es pesado...). 

Por supuesto, cuenta con calcomanías transferibles en seco y autoadhesivos para personalizarlo, así que el kit vale cada centavo que se paga por él.

The Gundam Seed series performed between 2002 and 2004 and directed by Mitsuo Fukuda, incorporated the last 3D digital animation advances and moreover, shows this formidable mecha. 

Doubtless, this is an exceptional piece (because this is one of the few models available in Perfect Grade) and its design is very attractive as much as its color scheme (pale rose combined with rose, red, grey and black) maybe it’s because this mecha was specially created for its female pilot: Cagalli Yula Athha; its structure and level of articulation let you set it in dynamic positions.

This MG model kit can be also differentiated by the size of its box (that almost duplicate the size of another MG kits available...) and the reason is, the huge amount of accessories of this kit, that includes: 2 beam sabers, 1 beam rifle, 2 armor schneiders (retractile knifes), 1 beautiful shield, 1 Aile Striker Pack (that improves its maneuverability and it’s also compatible with the normal Gundam Striker) and its own "giant"  display base / action base (that besides being a great complement, it’s really necessary, since the Aile Striker Pack is heavy...). 

Of course, it has dry transfer decals and stickers for customization, so this kit is worth every cent you pay for it.
