Ghost Rider Marvel Legends Series 3 Action Figure by Toy Biz

"¿Cuál es tu problema con mi cabellera rubia flamígera? ... ¡Lárgate de mi vista pedazo de escoria, que arruinas mi blower!" 

Uhmmmm... personajes con actitud, de preferencia con mala actitud, son los que aguzan mis sentidos. El resto pueden quedarse en Discovery Kids...

Roy Thomas, Gary Friedrich y Mike Ploog le dieron vida a un antihéroe (no villano) llamado Ghost Rider, con base en un personaje de cómic del género western, en 1972. 

La primera encarnación de este personaje se dió en Johnny Blaze, motociclista acrobático de un circo, que hace pacto con un demonio llamado Mephisto para dar su alma a cambio de la curación de su padrastro. 

Finalmente su padrastro muere y cuando Mephisto viene a hacer cumplir el pacto, Blaze se rebela, pero es unido al espíritu de un demonio llamado Zarathos, que es quien le da su nueva apariencia y poderes. 

Posteriormente Daniel Ketch toma su lugar, aunque éste último es unido a un espíritu de venganza llamado Ghost Rider (el original) así que sus poderes y características varían un poco, con respecto al primer Ghost Rider. 

Los dos llegan a trabajar juntos combatiendo a otros demonios y castigando las almas de criminales, corruptos y asesinos.

En la serie "World War Hulk", se descubre que este antiheroe es tan poderoso que podría enfrentar y derrotar a el Hulk. 

Entre sus habilidades se cuenta la manipulación un poder llamado "Hellfire" para usarlo como arma, es inmune a cualquier ataque con armas convencionales, puede crear cadenas que también usa como armas y controlarlas a voluntad, además puede viajar a otros planos de realidad. 

El segundo Ghost Rider tiene una cadena mística que usa como arma, un poder llamado "Penance Stare" que "quema" el alma de su víctima exponiéndola a todos y cada uno de sus pecados y en su motocicleta puede viajar sobre cualquier superficie, en sentido vertical u horizontal.

Esta figura que hace parte de la colección de otro colega y está basada en el segundo Ghost Rider (Daniel Ketch), es de 6", con 37 puntos de articulación, un trabajo de pintura bastante decente, al igual que su moldeado y está complementado por una fabulosa motocicleta, un cómic de 32 páginas y una base para montar la figura en la pared. 

Definitivamente, como en el caso de otras figuras de la serie Marvel Legends de Toy Biz, tiende a ser una pieza escasa e incrementa notablemente su valor con el paso del tiempo...

In the "World War Hulk" series, is found that this antihero is so powerful that he could face and defeat the Hulk.

The second Ghost Rider has a mystical chain that uses as a weapon, a power called "Penance Stare" that "burns" the soul of his victim by exposing to each and every one of their sins and his motorcycle can nearly fly across any surface, meaning vertical and horizontal.

This figure that is part of the collection of another colleague of mine, is based on the second Ghost Rider (Daniel Ketch), is 6" high, with 37 points of articulation, a pretty decent paint job like its molding and is supplemented by a fabulous motorcycle, a 32 pages comic book and a wall mountable display stand. 

Definitely, as in the case of other figures from the Marvel Legends series of Toy Biz, this piece tends to be out of stock/sold out and increases significantly its value over time...
