Batman The Dark Knight The Joker with Crime Scene Evidence Action Figure by Mattel

Many times I think that for being a collector, you must be a tad insane (probably that of "a tad" is just an euphemism).

Some people don’t stop to look at me as I were a weirdo (although it doesn’t depend so much on my hobby) so, I think that some (or a lot) of madness is fine to live with people used to the uniformity and boredom (that’s why I have so few friends =PPPPP).

However, there are characters whose dementia is an acceptable form of sanity, they have already crossed the boundaries of reason and therefore any act -even bloody- seems entirely justified, in order to implement the plans of their twisted minds.

I don’t know, but I feel a strange admiration for this character and specially for the absolutely extraordinary performance of Heath Ledger in the no less extraordinary film directed by Christopher Nolan: The Dark Knight.

This is a villain so real, that it hurts and he gets closer or even surpasses the wildest visions that some renowned comic’s writers, have given to one of the most recalcitrant enemies of Batman.

This figure of The Joker, was an unexpected gift from my other sister (I have 2), for Christmas =DDDDD and I already know that many people have it, but for me is very special, so I publish it with pleasure.

With barely 6" high is a very well made piece, the work on his face is excellent and it has a pretty decent level of articulation (19 points). It also comes accompanied by a card with a very retro style and a bag of evidence (which I really don’t understand what was its purpose...) HEHEHE...

The Storm Trooper was a gift from an appreciated friend of mine... =D

So lucky of you to receive many gifts during the festive seasons. Somehow, I prefer action figure over 12" as they are easier to handle for playability.

& that’s exactly what i avoid from figures... 12" or more is too big for my taste... HEHEHE to b honest Dennis, i received a lot of gifts both from my family, friends & myself, so it will take some time to give’em their 15 minutes of fame here XD

I have never seen that Stormtrooper before, looks really cool. Can you tell more about it? Also it is nice when family understand that, as a collector, you have to have toys during the holiday... birthdays... any occasion really.

well CB i hav no info bout this figure, so sorry =(... what i can say bout it is that, the friend/fellow collector that imports almost all my figures gifted me this guy, i don´t even remember the brand (if i hav the time, i’ll confirm this info...), i just saw it in his store & i told him that i liked so he just gave me the figure =D... OFC it comes without the "display base" & believe or not is the top of a bottle of perfume HEHEHE... it’s almost 3" high & very detailed for its size & what caught my attention was precisely its blue translucent color =O

Cool, thanks! It sort of reminds me of the little pack ins from the Hasbro stuff, but at three inches it would be bigger, huh, I'll have to see what I can dig up on it as well, this is going to be fun.
