En la simbología general, el cuadrado está relacionado con lo masculino (también con la tierra), mientras el círculo está relacionado con lo femenino (también con el cielo)...
Para algunas personas esto no tendría ningún sentido, lo cual es bastante normal si no tienes una cultura visual mediana o sólo porque no te importa un... Nada tales cosas...
En cuanto a mí, un diseñador gráfico profesional, trabajo con símbolos la mayoría de veces y estoy bastante seguro que todas las personas relacionadas con el diseño, lo hacen también.
Por ejemplo, los diseñadores de autos.
A lo largo de dos generaciones de camionetas pickup de tamaño completo, GMC (igualmente Chevrolet) crearon muchas variaciones de diseño donde las curvas eran el principal elemento...
Esos viejos modelos de camionetas pickup no carecían de carácter, en lo absoluto, ellas tenían sensualidad y encanto.
Sin embargo, lucían más o menos como el vehículo para ir de compras en vez de como el vehículo para trabajo duro.
No me tomen a mal, me encantan esas antiguas pickups, pero parecían un poco "femeninas" justamente a causa de las curvas y supongo que los diseñadores de GMC se dieron cuenta, que su línea de camionetas pickup necesitaba más virilidad, para "enviar el mensaje correcto" sobre su función.
La tercera generación (1973-1987) de camionetas pickup de GMC (t.c.c. GMC Sierra y sus derivadas), experimentaron el cambio más drástico hasta ahora, donde las curvas cedieron el espacio a las líneas angulosas.
Creo que esos fueron los tiempos de las camionetas "machas" y la mayoría de sus parientes hoy en día, son solo un puñado de "inténtalo mejor" frente a ellas.
El surtido de motores era básicamente el mismo de su prima Chevy Silverado, así que no me voy a detener en ese asunto.
Estamos viendo la versión de tracción en las 4 ruedas de la Sierra, más exactamente la Camioneta Pickup GMC Sierra K3500 de 1973 y pueden ver de lo que estoy hablando: la masculinidad hecha pickup, punto !!! =PPPPP...
Traje al rebaño algo muy inusual, una marca de la cual no había escuchado hasta hace poco: Road Champs.
Esta es una delicadeza vintage con un molde muy detallado que es realmente mejor que la mayoría de los de la línea Regular Hot Wheels.
No sé si es es solo mi impresión, pero parece como si el molde hubiera sido trabajado manualmente, porque algunos detalles son demasiado delicados como para haber sido trabajados por una máquina, y a pesar de las imperfecciones del trabajo a mano, ¡es para mí mucho más valioso de esa forma!...
Hay una sólida construcción con carrocería y chasis en diecast, pero los ejes de las ruedas son demasiado delgados y tienden a doblarse =/////...
Por otra parte, me encanta el trabajo en la barra antivuelco con luces exploradoras y la apertura de la puerta en el platón de la camioneta, también hay un muy buen trabajo en la pintura / tampos (tan vieja guardia *suspiro*...) y una suspensión funcional, ¡genial!...

For some people it wouldn’t make any sense, which is pretty normal if you don’t have an average visual culture or just because you don’t give a... Nothing for such things...

Those old pickup models didn’t lack of character, not at all, they had sensuality and charm.
However, these looked pretty much like the vehicle to go shopping rather than the vehicle for hard work.
Don’t get me wrong, I love those old pickups, but these seemed a tad "feminine" just because of the curves and I guess that the GMC designers realized that, their pickup trucks line needed more manliness, to "send the right message" about their function.
The third generation (1973-1987) of pickup trucks in GMC (a.k.a. GMC Sierra and its derivatives), experienced the most drastic change so far, where the curves ceded the space to the angled lines.
I think those were the times of the "macho" trucks and most of their relatives nowadays are just a handful of "try harders" in front of them.
The assortment of engines was basically the same of its cousin Chevy Silverado, so I’m not gonna deepen on this topic.
We are looking at the 4-wheel drive version of the Sierra, more exactly the 1973 GMC Sierra K3500 pickup truck and you can see what I’m talking about: the manliness made pickup, period! =PPPPP...
I brought to the fold something very unusual, a brand from which I had not heard until recently: Road Champs.
This is a vintage delicacy with a very detailed casting which is actually better than most of those from the Regular lines of Hot Wheels.
I don’t know if it’s just my feeling, but it looks like the mold would had been worked manually, because some details are just too delicate to have been worked by a machine, and despite the imperfections of the handwork, is for me much more valuable in that way!...
There is a solid construction with body and chassis in diecast but the axes of the wheels are too thin and tend to bend =/////...
On the other hand, I love the work on the roll bar with scouts lights and the opening door of the truck’s bed, also there is a very good work in the paint / pad printing (so old-fashioned *sigh*...) and a working suspension, cool!...

buena mijo... ahora estamos viendo las cosas demasiado cuadradas?... jajajajajajajajajaajaja... esta bonita la pik up pero ud sabe para que me mate algo vintage tiene que ser super especial... no le niego apenas la vi se me vino a la mente... sujetate hawy pero... bueno espero que me sorprenda con una proxima publicacion y mas si es de este genero...
AHA !!!... mijo, estas camionetas dieron (y dan) más palo que las de ahora, que pueden ser bonitas pero muy delicadas (casi desechables)... más respeto a las duras vieja guardia, pilas ñeeeero !!!
y pues mono, le cuento que por siete "añitos" y esta podía haber sido el fierro de Colt Seavers !!!... pa’ sus queridas cuentas, la de The Fall Guy (alias Profesión Peligro) era una GMC K-2500 High Sierra Wideside, pero como el diseño de esta pickup no cambio mucho en esos años, pues alguien con "motricidad fina" podría personalizarla, poniéndole un cabrestante, con mataburro y exploradoras al frente, la pinta en dos tonos (café y crema) y tendría una muy buena reproducción en escala 1:64 de ese ícono ochentero...
le cuento que hasta donde yo sé, esta camionetica, muy vintage y muy humilde, pero tiene mucho mejor detalle y proporción que las otras que he visto de Profesión Peligro en esta escala (que son hediondas y recariñosas !!!... con decirle que por una original, en tarjeta pueden pedir hasta US$60 sin envío... y esas no le dan ni en las curvas a esta =PPPPP)...
ahí sí lo ví regular 3/4, jefe !!! XD
Not for the details but noticed the flip down gimmick at the rear. My son has few of such pickup he always press to hard causing the shaft of the wheels to bent and thus spoiling them.
in this scale that gimmick is quite unusual, indeed it requires a fine work in the mold, that’s the kind of details that add value and interest to the piece !!!... that weakness you mentioned is very usual and tends to reduce the lifetime of the product, at least for the kiddos, but for me is not a big problem, as an adult collector i’m very careful LOLOLOLOLOLOLOL... but i was really dangerous in my younger years XDDDDD... =)
I don't fancy this kind of vehicle as they are more fun to be used off-road. I only love those typical "city" vehicle LOL. This die-cast scale model seems to be OK, at least I like the red color on it :-)
HEHEHE... you should give a try to these vehicles !!! in the end is a working truck and a farmer could make proper use of it, LOL... anyway, this brand is quite rare here and the model has more 16 years in the market, for me that counts a lot !!! =)
