Nightwing DC Armory Series Action Figure by DC Direct

ENGLISH

May the hometown of the most famous superheroe in the history, require watchers to counter the crime?... I’m afraid so.

Which is that city?... Kandor, the capital of the extinct planet of Krypton. And if that planet is already extinct, how it can exist its capital? HEHEHE...

Interesting question. Believe it or not, this is the job of an arch-enemy.

Brainiac, many years before the destruction of Krypton, fascinated by the beautiful architecture and impressive technology of Kandor, decided to miniaturize it and steal it with all its inhabitants, with the approval of general Zod.

In this city (as in all cities) there is crime and there, the Kriptonians have not superpowers, so the extra help is welcome.

To instill fear in those outside the law, some Kandorian citizens decided to take the name and the appearance of a pair of legendary birds from Krypton: Nightwing and her companion Flamebird.

In the Earth Two series, which takes place in one of the many alternate universes of the DC multiverse; Power Girl, the Supergirl from this parallel universe, also known as Kara Zor-El, has to face a powerful religious zealot, who wants to seize Kandor and for that purpose, she decided to use this fearsome armor.

DC Direct returns to its old tricks in my blog, with a new piece that comes to reinforce my collection, literally. This is another stupendous action figure 6 1/2" high, 9 points of articulation and excellent detail, sculpted by Jack Matthews.

I was surprised by the sculpt job of Power Girl’s face, very delicate and well done. Its paint job is also delicious and has a frosted finish like the Batman’s armor, as well as its respective display stand in metallic tones and pad printing job.
