Quiero decir, más juguetes =PPPPP ENGLISH I’m quite convinced that I’m dangerous when someone invites me to a department store... And the reason is quite simple, in the first inadvertence I will go straight to the toys’ department and I will ask if there is something I can choose as a gift HAHAHA...
Well, this time I went a bit further: I went to the toys’ section, I chose a pair of things and deposited them in the shopping cart without even asking if I could... Something like a forced gift, how cynical!...
Ohhh, but before you berate me, you should know that I made a great effort, I chose only 2 among more than 100 models available!...
A hard choice is the least you can expect from a collector and cynical by vocation.
Hot Wheels has made remarkable improvements is their manufacturing processes and this is reflected in the latest models; this is an example designed by Phil Riehlman.
A time ago, I didn’t turn around to look at their diecast, because they left too much to be desired, but now, if you search carefully, you can find pieces like this one, with good detail, better paint job and even better tampos.
The 1971 Dodge Charger Hardtop Coupe achieves here a very attractive reproduction and as a Muscle Car well respected, has a special place in my collection.
An extra data, it was made in Malaysia (great work !!!). Next week, if GOD allows, more cynicism... I mean, more toys =PPPPP
u mean the classic Knight Rider or the new generation ??? anyway HW is now in my radar, specially some muscle cars of the last collection, they look pretty neat & without the defects & lack of detail of the previous casts, the silkscreen job is very accurate as well & they still retain that vintage feeling =) OFC i will b waiting for ur posts on diecast HEHEHE
I will head straight to the toy section whenever I stepped into department store and the devil within me will always influenced me to get a toy. Poisonous. Lol.. Your bright orange Hotwheel vintage toy car look really auspicious. My son has lotz of hotwheels but they are mostly their with paint chipped off due to rough handling. I also noticed all of the hotwheels car he has are made in Malaysia. At least something different rather than all toys to be made in China.
we’re twisted, man !!! HAHAHAHA... but at least we hav the guts to admit it HAHAHAHAHAHAHA... u already know that i love cars in general & particularly muscle cars, so this diecast is just pretty fine for me... obviously Mattel & Hotwheels need to diversify their providers & Malaysia seems to b a great choice, i don’t know if they hav better prices, but definitely they hav better quality (no offenses here)...

My alternate blog in WordPress
From now, I will be publishing basically the same contents in both blogs, but for reviews before March 18, 2019, you must read my Blogger blog...
I’m a professional graphic designer and a restful collector, but above all: I’m someone who doesn’t take for granted anything, just because someone else says so. I think this hobby goes way beyond buying stuff here and there: anybody with money can buy collectibles, but not anybody becomes collector by doing so. I think as well that this hobby is, more than anything, about knowledge, about making sense of what happens around us and just like any other kind of knowledge, if it’s devoid of ethics, is worthless. I like to address topics around collectionism, including, but not limited to: history, industry, forums, groups, collectors, distributors, sellers, etc. I’m fully aware that criticism is essential for our hobby: everything is susceptible of improvement and we the collectors demand quality, but the industry around it doesn’t necessarily shares that vision. After all, well-targeted criticism always helps to detect failures and correct them, it’s like critical thinking: it helps you see things as they really are and not just as how they are presented to you. If you are someone who likes to look beyond the surface, welcome, if that is not the case, continue at your own risk...
