Halo 3 Vehicles - Warthog - ML12 LRV (Light Reconnaissance and Attack Military Vehicle) - Series 1 (2008) by McFarlane Toys

ENGLISH
All the combat videogames that I know, have their own squadron of vehicles specially created to destroy the enemy or at least, to cause the greater damage possible.

Many of them have great designs which remain in your mind for a while. However, the best known among all of them is doubtless the Warthog.

Halo and its sagas have an army of followers around the world, so you can ask someone from Queensland, Australia or from Dobrnja (Tuzla) Bosnia and Herzegovina or from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia or from Bogotá, D.C., Colombia and they will give you some information about Halo, but the fame of the Warthog is even more widespread and you can see one of them available in the Forza Motorsport 4 videogame as well.

The ML12 LRV is a military vehicle for reconnaissance and light attack, very versatile and with many choices of weapons, indeed is also known as the Humvee from the future, fair enough!...

This is the completion of the Halo 3 Series by McFarlane Toys and I’m proud to present the most representative of the trio.

The Ghost and the Brute Chopper were already published so I owed all of you this eyecandy.

It’s a precious replica in a scale between 1:50 and 1:55, I guess, with an impressive amount of details and a muddy finish which gives it even more realism.

The wheels roll pretty fine and the turret can rotate, so this is a vehicle in all the sense of the word and not just a statue or a "static diorama"

Well, I think the stuff here are getting better or at least they’re changing as much as I do and I’m having so much fun, that goes without saying! =PPPPP...

I will keep walking with my eyes on the Author of my Salvation and you better be warned because He will come back soon... See you next week... =)

I did watch the anime but don't play Halo. Yet there are many occasions I was tempted to get a Spartan figure but always close yet so far away. Are are saving the best to review last cos this Warthog look great on the stand? Beautiful paint job.

i didn’t know about the anime series but i guess this franchise has been marketed in many ways, even plushes... is a great phenomenon, like Resident Evil/Biohazard for instance... the Spartan suit is an awesome design too, very iconic and futuristic yet similar to the elite army suits nowadays, creating a direct connection and fixation in your retina... oh yeah! it was the last publication on purpose, not because the other vehicles weren’t great as mini-replicas but because i want to create a sort of suspense LOL... rarely you can be disappointed with McFarlane’s paint jobs and/or sculpts, they’re awesome !!! =)

this Halo is a popular video game? i dont know much about game, being a vegetables and marijuana farmer, i still play the old Sony PS2.... about this vehicle, the weathering finishing is remarkable indeed, imagine if they have a slightly bigger version so that we can put those 4 inch Hasbro Star Wars or Marvel figures into the car.... that would be awesome!!!!

man, Sony PS2???... now i believe that you are a farmer ’cause that console is very old, when the things (and jobs) were more simple HAHAHAHAHA... just kidding XD... yeah !!! is a very wellknown game in fact... this vehicle is tiny, i think a 1"1/4 figure would make a good team, but i don’t think it exists so far, but there are some "giant" HALO vehicles made by McFarlane as well, where the 7" figures fit nicely... =)
