1969 Dodge Charger (General Lee) The Dukes of Hazzard Series Release 6 Limited Edition Diecast Scale 1:70 by Johnny Lightning

¡Yeeeeeeaahhhh!...

Yeeeeeeaahhhh!... I dunno, but I’m still surprised about how convincing is my texan accent (no offense there, right ???).

Well, after I had some intensive classes at the Dukes of Hazzard University, I should have learned something XDDDDD...

For this publication I have to put aside the history of Johnny Lightning, to emphasize this juicy machine.

Dodge, a company originally from Detroit and now a subsidiary of Chrysler Group LLC, has contributed with a lot of icons to the history of the north American Muscle Cars.

The model before your eyes today, known better as General Lee is neither more nor less than a 1969 Dodge Charger, apart from being a racing car with a very sexy body, it could have under its massive hood a "decent" 440 C.I.D. Magnum Hemi engine with "paltry" 425 hp...

For that kind of reason I returned to collect diecast cars, specially Muscle Cars, because I love the raw power, without electronic aids or gadgets and this piece of Johnny Lightning achieves an excellent detail in 1:64 scale (much better than other models from Joyride or ERTL)...

But the history of Johnny Lightning will continue, so if you want, you could join me in the next publications, if GOD allows... By now, until next week. =)

The colour scheme of this car suits your blog a lot and the man, there a pic to show the actual car too! I'm don't too sure but for those pics, the paint works seems to bit glossy with some rough surfaces especially on the side.

well pal, i was thinking into use this diecast as the corporative car of My First Bloggy Experience BUAHAHAHAHAHA... now seriously, the last picture is the original car & crew of the TV series... the rough surfaces on the side r a simulation of mud... i must say this diecast version is a rarity as well, hard to get even in this side of the world... THX again for ur continued support =)
